How to Select the Images For Your Gallery
Access Your Gallery
Use the "View Photos" button at the bottom of the gallery invitation email.
Favorites List
To choose your package-included images, start by clicking on the Favorites heart icon 🤍 in the top right corner under the gallery header photo.
Enter your email address in the pop-up window to access a preset "Favorites to Retouch" folder.
View and Select
Click on the first image in the gallery grid to begin looking at them larger and individually for a better view. Use the arrows to the left and right of the individual image in the large view to navigate back and forth through the gallery (on a computer) or swipe on a mobile device. Take your time going through the gallery deciding on your favorites and clicking the heart icon on each to add them to the favorites list.
Counter and Limit
Each time you click to add an image, a "counter" will temporarily show at the bottom of the image to let you know how many you have added so far. When you have reached the limit, it will tell you the list is full.
If you change your mind about an image that you have added, delete it from the favorites list by re-clicking its 🤍.
Note: We recommend the above method for selecting images because the large individual view is easier to see clearly. But you can also add/remove images from the Favorites and purchase additional image files directly in the grid format by using the heart or shopping bag on the desired images in the grid view. When viewing the gallery grid, you will be able to see at a glance which images you have favorited for your package-included allotment....a heart will show up in the upper left corner of the image.
Adding Optional Notes
You can also include notes on any of the images you've added to the Favorites list. Click on the Favorites button at the top....it will lead you to where you can view the images that have been "hearted" and when you hover over each image, a "thought bubble" icon 💭 will appear next to the shopping bag on that image. Clicking on that icon will generate a pop-up window where you can type notes, requests, etc.
Send Us Your Favorites List
Open the Favorites list that you have filled with "hearted" images and use the Share button to "Send to Photographer." We will receive an instant notification to alert us to put your session gallery into the editing rotation.
Purchasing Additional Images
If there are additional image files that you want to purchase to be edited and added to your finished gallery, beyond the package-included limit, use the "Buy Photo" button next to Favorite (at the upper right of the screen when you're in the large individual view mode......or the shopping bag in the lower right corner of the image when you're viewing the group in the grid mode.)
The Digital product list window will pop up. Click on the appropriate session type, leave the quantity at 1, and click Add to Cart. Click the "X" in the upper right corner of that popup window to close it and continue to add additional images in the same manner.
